• How do I combine my Moon Juice shop points with my moonjuice.com points?

    Unfortunately, our rewards programs are currently separate. We’re working on combining the programs and are hoping to roll this out in 2020.

• I just made a purchase, where are my points?

    Points can take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account. If it’s been more than 24 hours since your purchase, please reach out to hi@moonjuice.com so our team can take a look! Please note that wholesale customers may not accrue or redeem points.

• Rewards

  Rewards are redeemable with any purchase or subscription on our website. Just log in to your account, then proceed to the bottom of the rewards page to see which items are available for redemption, click GET REWARD, copy the discount code, and paste the discount code into the box at checkout.
